Privacy policy

1. Data accessed

After the operator grants authorization on Google's consent screen, the application may access:

• Authorized channel identifiers, names and statistics.
• Video identifiers, titles, descriptions, publication timestamps, durations, thumbnail URLs, visibility and available statistics.
• YouTube Analytics reports, including views, watch time, average viewing metrics, engagement, subscriber changes, traffic sources, device and geographic breakdowns, and available audience-retention or aggregate demographic reports.
• YouTube Reporting files containing available thumbnail impressions and click-through metrics.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens necessary to retrieve those authorized reports.

The current scopes are youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly. The application does not request the user's Google password, video-upload or video-modification permissions, or revenue-report permissions. Aggregate audience statistics do not provide the identities of individual viewers.

2. Purpose of use

Data is used to identify the correct authorized channel, collect and organize performance records, compare a video's results over consistent periods, and support the operator's own channel review. Access tokens are refreshed as permitted by Google so that scheduled read-only collection can run without repeated sign-in.

Data is not sold, used for advertising or data brokerage, or published on this website. It is not used by this application to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.

3. Storage and service providers

Original reports and operational records are kept on the operator-controlled server. Selected results are synchronized to the operator's private Feishu workspace. Authorization credentials are stored separately from public website files with restricted filesystem permissions. Network requests to Google and Feishu use HTTPS.

Google, the server-hosting provider, and Feishu process information as needed to supply their respective services. If the operator explicitly requests assisted analysis, selected report information may also be supplied to the operator's chosen analysis assistant for that requested task. Reports are not automatically published to a public feed. Processing locations may differ between these service providers.

Access is limited to the operator and services used for these purposes. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection, but the public web service does not expose the application's data or credential directories.

4. Google API data commitments

BQ Media's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's own handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Retention, revocation and deletion

Reports are retained while needed for the operator's authorized channel records and historical performance review. Local report caches and migration backups may also contain previously collected data. OAuth credentials are retained only to maintain authorized access and can be removed when the connection is discontinued.

Google access can be revoked at any time through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not, by itself, erase records already stored on the server or in Feishu.

To request deletion of stored channel reports, associated backups or authorization credentials, contact nake201302@gmail.com and identify the relevant channel or connection. Requests may require verification that the requester controls the channel. Do not send passwords, tokens or authorization codes by email.

6. Website visits

This site contains static informational pages. It does not provide a public sign-in form, run third-party advertising or analytics scripts, or set tracking cookies. Basic network information is processed to deliver pages, and technical or error logs may be used to maintain security and reliability.

7. Changes and contact
